A letter from Harvard Health states that outdoor activities are good for our health. I am eager to involve myself in such activities however, the winter chills can be dissuading.
To motivate myself, I created an infographic and pasted it by my calendar. Here is what motivates me to bundle up and brave Toronto’s snow and ice:
